Webemerg, Inc. (“Webemerg”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides fully managed website services, including design, development, hosting, maintenance, and built-in CRM/email capabilities according to your selected plan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our website, client portal, subscription services, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”).
Webemerg is a website design and development provider offering fully managed websites for U.S.-based businesses. We are not a full-service marketing agency. Our Services include managed site creation and upkeep, site-integrated CRM features, on-page SEO best practices, and plan-specific enhancements. Payments are processed via Stripe only.
Webemerg includes a built-in CRM and email capabilities within your dashboard; features vary by plan and are intended for site-related communications—not agency-operated marketing programs.
Your Responsibilities: You control the content you send, the lists you import/collect, and the timing of any campaigns through your dashboard. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent, honoring unsubscribe requests, and complying with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state privacy laws). We provide technical configuration and support for included features; we do not operate or manage campaigns as an agency service unless separately agreed in writing.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and analyze performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
We do not sell personal information.
We retain account, project, and operational records for as long as you maintain an active subscription and as needed to provide the Services. If your subscription ends or is canceled, we retain your website’s data for up to 30 days for potential reactivation; after that, it is permanently deleted from our systems, including backups (see our Terms of Service for details). Certain billing or legal records may be retained as required by law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including SSL, access controls, and server-level protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Services at your own risk. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us to request deletion.
Webemerg serves U.S.-based businesses. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Our Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. If you are a resident of a state with privacy laws granting access, deletion, or opt-out rights, you may exercise those by contacting us. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for active clients, communicated through your client portal or email. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle information, contact us at support@webemerg.com.
